Services

  • Your therapist will work with you to help you better understand and embrace yourself and your needs. Common therapy topics may include unmasking, navigating sensory experiences, managing anxiety, improving mood, exploring supports and accommodations, and fostering joy. The focus is on empowering you to recognize your strengths and challenges, while working together to create strategies that support your well-being and help you thrive in a way that feels authentic to you.

  • Your child’s therapist will engage with them through play to help build emotion regulation skills and address trauma. Sessions may include activities such as using the sand tray, creative arts, and free play in either of our specially designed play therapy rooms. The child leads the play, while the therapist follows their lead, subtly incorporating therapeutic interventions throughout the process. This approach allows the child to express themselves in a safe and supportive environment, helping them process emotions and experiences in a way that feels natural and comfortable.

  • Your therapist will help you and your partner identify both helpful and unhelpful patterns in communication, behavior, and emotional responses. By gaining awareness of these patterns, couples can better understand how their interactions shape the relationship. This understanding allows them to address underlying issues and work toward a healthier, more fullfilling dynamic where each person’s needs are acknowledged and met. The process is designed to strengthen the relationship by replacing negative habits with more constructive ways of engaging, ultimately fostering deeper connection, trust, and mutual support.

  • Your therapist will work with the entire family to help everyone better understand each other’s needs and perspectives. By exploring family dynamics and communication patterns, the therapist will guide the family in reducing conflict, improving communication, and fostering greater empathy. Through this process, each family member will learn how to express themselves more effectively, listen actively, and support one another in healthier ways. The goal is to create a more harmonious family environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and connected.

  • Your therapist will work with you to better understand your child’s unique strengths, needs, and how they experience the world. Together, you’ll explore strategies that are tailored to meet those needs and support your child in developing new skills. Your therapists will help you create a compassionate, proactive approach to parenting that fosters emotional growth, strengthens your relationship with your child, and empowers them to thrive.

  • Therapy for children ages 0-3 can be highly beneficial when there are concerns about developmental delays, anxiety, or difficulties with emotional regulation. This approach is also valuable for parents experiencing depression or other mental health challenges, helping them better understand and respond to their child’s cues and needs. This type of therapy is conducted with caregiver-child dyads to strengthen the parent-child relationship and support healthy development.

  • JASPER is a developmental intervention specifically designed to help nonspeaking autistic children develop vocal communication, regulation and play skills.

  • KAP is psychotherapy integrated with sessions of Ketamine. Ketamine is a medication that is very helpful for anxiety, treatment resistant depression and PTSD. Research shows it is most effective when integrated into psychotherapy. KAP sessions can take place in our office, or virtually in the comfort of your own home.
